Trim trails. Gather firewood. Spruce up the Barn. Come for Saturday or the weekend. FREE. (Since the price of food has become so expensive, there will be a donation jar to cover a portion of the cost.)
Heal with the elements. The element of AIR and our own thoughts express energy. FIRE is the element of will and courage. Like WATER, emotions can be hidden in the depths or rippling across the surface. EARTH, the symbol of our physical body, gives us support. Make a pledge to preserve the basic elements of life. Read more about the Elements Within.
Wander the trails. Journey work in the morning. Afternoon swims in the Blue Hole. Tell stories around the fire. Enjoy the hot tub under the star-filled sky. Experience the peak of the Perseid Meteor Shower. Come for solitude and community. Heal with Nature.
Circle and drum to the fire, the waters, the air, the Earth, and all the elementals surrounding and guiding us. Celebrate your personal harvest. Honor the Sacred Plant with a plant hike, foraged foods and ceremony. Honor all that is above and below, within and without. Take time to play, swim, nap and saunter. Read more about the Drum.
